Chocolate chia pudding

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup of chia seeds
½-1 cup milk of your choice
Small amount of something sweet (maple, rice malt syrup etc)
1 tsp cocoa powder
We usually put a small handful of frozen berries in there too.

METHOD:
Shake it all up in a jar (with the lid on), sit it in the fridge overnight and take it with you in the morning! Simple!
